What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Are you pet-friendly?
We are dog friendly in all our rooms and vacation home rentals. There is a per dog fee per night plus tax. Only 2 dogs allowed per room or rental.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms and vacation homes have air conditioning.

Where do I park?
One complimentary spot is provided for each vacation home rental or hotel room. We may have an additional space you can rent, based on availability.

Do you have an EV Charger?
We have complimentary EV charging available for registered guests.

What if mountain passes close?
If Stevens, Snoqualmie, White, and Blewett Passes are all under mandated closure at the same time—either indefinitely or with a reopening time after 4:00 PM—we will review reservations daily and waive cancellation penalties for each individually impacted night.

What if I personally cannot travel?
Illness, vehicle issues, airline cancellations, and personal circumstances are considered individual travel risks. Trip Protection is strongly recommended to protect your reservation.

What if my plans change?
We recommend purchasing Trip Protection at booking because we are unable to make exceptions for weather, travel delays, illness, or personal emergencies.

Are you close to downtown?
The Obertal Inn and our vacation home buildings are downtown. These walkable locations let visitors fully enjoy the Bavarian village atmosphere without needing a car, making it perfect for strolling, dining, shopping, and taking in events or riverfront views.

What is the maximum number of people in a room?
Each hotel room’s nightly rate is based on two people. Our double queen rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. The king rooms and suites can accommodate 2 people. We have a downtown townhouse that sleeps up to 10, and townhomes and condos that accommodate 6 people each.

Can I get extra blankets or pillows?
All our beds are made with 2 types of pillows. Our queen beds have 4 pillows each and the king beds are made with 6 pillows. Extra blankets can be found in each guestroom.

Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have restaurant or room service. Our guests are invited to enjoy our To-Go breakfast – served each morning from the Obertal Inn from 8am-10am. Only our vacation home guests pay a per person price.
